We welcome your feedback on the care we have given you. You will be given the opportunity to complete a brief satisfaction survey before discharge.
As a private patient, you have the right to comment on the service you receive during your stay in hospital.
There are several ways to provide feedback
- Patient feedback cards submitted to nursing staff or reception
- During follow-up phone calls from the Pindara Day Procedure Centre
- Personal discussion with staff during your admission. The staff will notify the Manager for follow up.
An invitation is extended to patients who might wish to be part of our hospital focus groups. These groups enable staff and patients to review care options and improve performance. We thank you for your participation and continued contribution to helping our hospital be the very best it can be.
